Scope:


Wilson Pharmacy's Infusion Services are designed to serve those patients who:
  • Do not or no longer require hospitalization and yet cannot be served on an outpatient or ambulatory basis
  • Require complex medical, pharmacy, nursing, and other related services

Services:

  • Intravenous drug compounding and dispensing
  • Initial and ongoing clinical drug monitoring including Pharmacokinetics & Lab Monitoring
  • Patient education by pharmacists and nurses
  • On-going care coordination with the physician and the entire home care team
  • Equipment rental of infusion pumps and other equipment related to therapy
  • 24 hour emergency service
  • Nutritional Support
  • Pain Management
  • Nursing In-service & Education
  • Case Management
  • Insurance Authorization
