Guy B Wilson, Jr., DPh
CEO
As CEO and Chairman of Wilson Pharmacy, Guy is involved in the overall marketing and operations management for each division of Wilson Pharmacy. These divisions include infusion, compounding, retail, institutional (includes long term care), and clinical management services. Guy received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1965. Guy maintains his professional affiliations with Tennessee Pharmaceutical Association and National Association of Community Pharmacists. He has been past president of the Johnson City/Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Hurstleigh Club of Johnson City, as well as the Rotary Club of Johnson City. Guy also serves on numerous boards and committees including: Dawn of Hope Foundation Board, JC Public Building Authority Board, ETSU College of Pharmacy Steering Committee, Quillen College of Medicine Visiting Committee, ETSU Foundation Executive Committee, and Frontier Health Board. He has been awarded the 2006 Tennessee Chancellor’s Award, 2007 ETSU Honorary Alumni Award, and is a Paul Harris Fellow recipient. He is married to Debra Wilson, has one child, and is a proud grandfather of one.
Debra Wilson, DPh
President
As President of Wilson Pharmacy, Debra is involved in overall operations management for each division of Wilson Pharmacy. These divisions include home infusion, compounding, retail, long term care, and knowledge based services. Debra received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1975. Debra joined Wilson Pharmacy in 1987 and led the clinical operations of the company at that time. Prior to joining Wilson Pharmacy she held positions in the hospital, chain, retail, and manufacturing fields. While taking over the role of President in 2000 she led the effort for Wilson Pharmacy to acquire and integrate regional for profit, licensed and Medicare certified home health nursing company into pharmacy operations. At the same time she expanded opportunities to meet managed care and employer priorities for integrated disease management and wellness goals. Debra has also been involved with receiving accreditation with commendation in four JCAHO reviews of the home infusion division. Debra currently serves as a Board of Director for CareSpark- an Appalachian regional health initiative as well as maintaining her professional affiliations with National Association of Community Pharmacists and Senior Care Pharmacy Alliance. She also remains a volunteer faculty member for University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy - Memphis, TN; Mercer University College of Pharmacy - Atlanta, GA; and East Tennessee State University - Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy - Johnson City, TN. She is married to Guy B Wilson, Jr. and enjoys playing golf when time allows.
Jim Haselsteiner, MBA
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Jim is involved in the direction and overseeing of all financial aspects of Wilson Pharmacy. Jim received his Bachelors of Business degree from Western Illinois University in 1980 and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in 1985. He is a certified managed care professional and a member of the National Community Pharmacy Association. Prior to joining Wilson Pharmacy in 1997 Jim was the CFO at NE Tennessee Rehabilitation Hospital. From 1991-1996 Jim served in the controller capacity within the HCA Psychiatric division at the following facilities: Chicago Lakeshore Hospital- Chicago, IL, Brazos Psychiatric Hospital- Waco, TX, and Riveredge Hospital- Chicago, IL.
Steve Lane, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy
As Director of Pharmacy, Steve is involved in the management of each clinical division of Wilson Pharmacy. These divisions include home infusion, compounding, retail, and long term care. Steve received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1993. He is certified through Professional Compounding Centers of America. Steve joined Wilson Pharmacy in 1993 and has been instrumental in the design and construction of two new retail operations, as well as, the re-design of long term care, compounding, and infusion divisions and retail workflow re-design. In 1993 Steve was awarded the “Pfizer Pharmaceutical Community Pharmacy Internship Award”. In 1994 Steve completed one year community pharmacy residency with a focus on implementing pharmaceutical care in the community environment. Steve has been involved with receiving accreditation with commendation in four JCAHO reviews of the home infusion division. In 2002, Steve presented to over 500 attendees during the pharmacy work-flow forum at the NCPA national convention. In 2003, Steve received the “40-under-40” award for promising community business leaders throughout the Tri-Cities. In 2004, he was appointed to the national X-12 EDI pharmacy coalition and charged with developing billing codes for professional pharmacy services.
